Taco Soup!!!


What you NEED
One can of garbanzo beans
One chicken breast
One can of chicken broth
Onion (I use dried flakes)
Salt and Pepper
One red potato chopped into small pieces
Tortilla chips

What you DO
1. Beforehand, bake the chicken in the oven and shred into pieces --this can be done the day before
2. Pour chicken broth into a medium saucepan
3. Boil potatoes in broth until soft
4. Add beans, onion (to taste), and salt and pepper (to taste)
5. Bring to a boil again.
6. Let simmer until beans are cooked through
7. Add chicken.
8. Let simmer about 2 more minutes.
9. Serve and crumble tortilla chips on top.
10. ENJOY! <3
